Primary Tasks: surveying commercial buildings and documenting their lighting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and structural systems. Fieldwork will include inspecting apartments inside multifamily buildings.

Must be prepared to spend 100% of your time outside the office in commercial buildings documenting equipment. This is not a desk job.

Must be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Must be hyper-responsive to phone/email/whatsapp/sms etc.

Must be prepared to work 60+ hours per week on occasion.
